Ever hear this:
“Do what you’ve always done.”
“Don’t exceed your pre-pregnancy intensity level.”
“Just don’t do situps and you’ll be fine!”
“You’re “cleared” get back to it.”
This is the fitness advice that is being given to pregnant and postpartum women. And its not enough in my opinion.
A pregnant mom is NOT delicate, you can train at intensity in your pregnancy, you can keep lifting weights and coming to the gym. However you have to have a better strategy then simply listen to your body and do what you’ve always done.
Coming back to exercise postpartum generally involves some version of waiting 6 weeks and then jumping back in. Baby is out, time to get your body back right? That jump back in and hope for the best strategy is a recipe for dysfunction (hence why 1 in 2 women who exercise are peeing themselves).
I have so many clients coming to me with issues like diastasi recti, leaking pee with exercise, and pelvic organ prolapse. Most had no idea what these dysfunctions were when they were pregnant and now wish they had known what they were and how to prevent them postpartum. Dysfunctions like these can set training back for months or years when they aren’t managed properly. I want to help you not be of the moms who “wishes they would have known.” I want you to learn how to train properly to reduce the risk of every having to deal with issues like this.
Most trainers and fitness coaches have zero training in working with a pregnant or postpartum moms.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Specialist, with years of clinical experience and the know-how and resources to help bridge the gap between your doctor (who is not as available and not well-versed in pregnancy and postpartum fitness) and your trainer or fitness coach, who doesn’t have the credentials to guide you.
Here’s the thing. As a society we are very concerned about the health and safety of your baby (rightfully so) but little attention is paid to the health of mom.
Because there are things you might not know about your core and pelvic floor. There are things you might not know about training in pregnancy and postpartum. I want to keep you exercising for the next 40 years and being able to do that, without dysfunction takes having a proper strategy in pregnancy and postpartum.
As your pregnancy & postpartum coach I’ll be with you every step of the way.
I’m the resource you have in your back pocket to answer questions, provide support, educate you, and keep you and baby safe along the way.
How It Works:
Once you sign up I’ll be in contact within 24 hours to set up your initial coaching call. That initial call is where we talk about what stage of pregnancy or postpartum that you are currently in, what questions you have, what your goals are, etc. and put together the initial plan for what you need moving forward.
After that initial call, here is what you get as a concierge member:

Who’s the Best Fit for This:
I’m looking to work with moms at all stages of their pregnancy and in the first two years postpartum. You’ve been exercising with intensity pre-pregnancy and you want to return to that after your baby is born, but you aren’t sure how.
We’ll be working together up close and personal so its super important that you’re ready to take the strategies we talk about and implement into your training and daily life right away. I’m looking for doers! I’ll be with you every step of the way, but I can’t do it for you. If you can’t be fully committed to the process, then this program is probably not for you.
This is an ongoing service, which means we are going to be spending a lot of (virtual) time together! I find that building this ongoing relationship through pregnancy and into postpartum is what works best for mom and baby. Once you enroll, I recommend no less than 3 months working together, so that we can establish your progression and so that you can feel safe and taken care of. This program is cancel-anytime, so really there is zero risk to getting started.
This program is a no-brainer if you are serious about your fitness and also serious about safety.
Once you enroll, you’ll be hearing from me within 24 hours via email to set up your first call and intake.
Let’s do this!
